Returns Policy
Hanson Lab makes extraordinary efforts to assure your product arrives in the best condition. However, we need your help in verifying that your order has arrived intact. As such, if you suspect hidden freight damage, open the boxes to inspect the shipment prior to signing the delivery slip. You are solely responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery for signs of freight damage, both obvious and hidden. If there is damage, or if the shipment is incorrect, document any damage with photos and refuse the damaged portions of the shipment. Contact us at (805) 498-3121 immediately with your order number and documentation for further assistance.
Please note our products are ship-to-order and will not be eligible for return except in the event of damage or defect. Please see warranty for more information.
Limited Warranty
Because Hanson Lab is an affiliate of Hanson Lab Solutions, a U.S. manufacturer of quality lab casework and furnishings since 1973, you can easily integrate custom or specialized lab products into your order. Get everything you need from one point of service.
Hanson Lab, a California corporation warrants to the purchaser that cabinets, work surface & fume hoods supplied by Hanson Lab will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
This warranty is applicable only when a product is installed, used and operated in accordance with
applicable building codes and industry standards. This warranty does not cover any misuse of any
product or improper installation or use of any Hanson Lab product.
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE HERETO ARE EXCLUDED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES
WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above time limitation
may not apply to you.
In the event the purchaser believes that a product or any parts thereof covered by this warranty is
defective, a letter outlining the alleged defect should be sent first class mail postage prepaid to the

Any Hanson Lab products or any parts thereof covered by this warranty which, upon inspection by an
authorized representative of Hanson Lab, are found by said representative to be defective will, at the
option of Hanson Lab, either replace, credit or refund the purchase price of product or parts thereof.
LIABILITY IS LIMITED REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AND DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE.
