Corporate Controller

Lyuba is an accomplished finance leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence. Currently, as Corporate Controller of Hanson Lab Solutions, she oversees accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis. Lyuba has led multiple ERP implementations and system integrations. She has taken companies public, merging financial operations across borders. Her background includes financial consolidations, FP&A, process optimization, IPO preparation, and SOX compliance. Lyuba empowers her teams through mentorship and talent development. She is a CPA dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision support.

Doug Quirk

Director of Sales

Doug is sales director and lab planning specialist with over 35 years of experience in the laboratory furniture industry. He has expertise in project management, estimating, installations, and manufacturing of lab casework and fume hoods. Doug previously served as the Operations Manager at Hanson Lab Furniture and started his career at Norlab/Travenol Baxter Canada. He also previously owned a lab installation company and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Doug brings deep knowledge in planning, budgeting, and executing large-scale laboratory construction projects and has been associated with Hanson since 1993.

Mike Reagan
Mike Reagan
Director of Engineering

Mike brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and quality management to the project, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Hanson Lab Solutions. In this role, he serves to support the HLS team and customers with a detail-focused, hands-on approach. His job experience affords him a strong understanding of manufacturing methods, ISO 9001 practices, product design & standardization, quality control and customer support. Engineering and Product Development activities to support quality and consistency are his primary daily focus. Mike’s firm commitment to HLS’ core values supports Hanson’s reputation of high quality and on-time delivery.

Gary Lara
Gary Lara
Director of Preconstruction

Gary Lara leverages 34 years of versatile expertise in the laboratory casework industry, encompassing engineering, estimating, project management, and purchasing. As Director of Preconstruction at Hanson Lab Solutions, he oversees estimating and spearheads negotiations for the lab equipment division. His responsibilities include managing complex preconstruction negotiations – from product design and budget development to material assessment, bid solicitation/analysis, and in-depth cost/risk evaluation. Previous companies he worked for include H2I Group, Dow Diversified and Routh Engineering. Gary’s architectural education from the University of Santo Tomas complements his hands-on experience, equipping him to deliver comprehensive preconstruction leadership.

Larry is an accomplished Supply Chain Professional with over 25 years of experience in Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management. He is skilled in implementing strategic operational and supply chain processes to drive efficiency and cost reductions. Larry is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to enable continuous improvement through embracing innovative technologies and staying current on industry trends. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has been an active leader in the Institute for Supply Management, chairing many positions on local chapter boards. Larry is a strategic thinker focused on building trusted relationships and optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance.

Matt Legere
Matt Legere
Director of Project Management

With over 21 years of experience in laboratory casework, Matt leverages strengths in project management, estimating, process improvement, engineering, and optimizing operations. As Director of Project Management at Hanson Lab Solutions, Matt develops and oversees teams, refines estimating, drives cost analysis, and implements health and safety programs for lab casework installations. Throughout his Hanson career, he has led cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with guaranteed quality. Matt is a graduate of the California State University, Long Beach, holding a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management & Structural Engineering.
