Gary Lara is the Director of Preconstruction at Hanson Lab Solutions, where he leads estimating and preconstruction for complex commercial and institutional projects. He combines deep technical expertise in casework design, engineering coordination, and construction detailing with a strategic approach to project planning, budgeting, and value engineering. Gary guides cross-functional teams from concept to proposal, ensuring every project is cost-effective, constructible, and aligned with client objectives. He brings strong skills in project management, capital improvement planning, RFP/RFI management, contract negotiation, and financial analysis. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas.
